Advanced Retrofit Solution for Modern Roadway Infrastructure
The GYULA High-Power Solar Roadway Lighting Retrofit System represents a strategic shift in municipal infrastructure management. Engineered specifically for large-scale urban and suburban upgrades, GYULA allows authorities to transform existing conventional street poles into autonomous, solar-powered lighting systems. This innovative retrofit approach eliminates the need for invasive civil works, significantly reducing trenching costs, labor time, and public traffic disruption.
Superior Lighting Performance and Efficiency
At the heart of the GYULA system is a high-performance LED luminaire powered by Lumileds 3030 chips. Delivering a powerful 16,200 lumens with a luminous efficacy of up to 180 lm/W, it ensures optimal visibility for arterial roads and collector streets. With customizable color temperatures (3000K to 5000K), the system meets diverse safety and aesthetic requirements for municipal environments while maintaining a 90W power output that rivals traditional grid-tied systems.
Vertically Integrated Solar & Battery Technology
Unlike traditional flat-panel designs, GYULA utilizes four flexible HJT (Heterojunction) solar modules (18V 120W ×4) integrated vertically onto the pole. This design maximizes energy capture while minimizing wind resistance and dust accumulation. The energy is stored in a high-capacity LiFePO4 lithium battery system, chosen for its thermal stability and extended life cycle. An intelligent energy management system coordinates power distribution, ensuring reliable illumination even during periods of inclement weather.
Rugged Engineering for Longevity
Constructed from high-grade Aluminium 6063-T6, the 8000mm pole structure offers exceptional structural integrity. The exterior is finished with a specialized outdoor metal powder coating, providing superior corrosion resistance in demanding climates. With an IP65 ingress protection rating, the entire system is shielded against dust and high-pressure water jets, guaranteeing long-term operational reliability in industrial parks and public thoroughfares.
